This policy covers docandwriter.com, run by AJD Holdings LLC, doing business as Doc & Writer (“we”).

What we collect

• What you send us through the form or by email: your name, email address, company, and what you write, such as your help center address.
• Standard request data recorded by our host, Netlify, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to run and secure the site.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. The site remembers a light or dark mode choice in your browser.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, prepare a check or proposal you asked for, and deliver work under a signed agreement. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Service providers

• Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions.
• Calendly provides the booking calendar. Its privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
• Our email providers deliver our replies, including the automatic confirmation sent after a form submission.
• If you pay us online, our payment processor handles your payment details. We never see full card numbers.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to two years, and client records for as long as our contracts and tax rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@docandwriter.com. We reply within 30 days.

Client data

Data we receive during an engagement, such as ticket exports, is covered by our agreement and NDA with that client.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
